1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the web application "Sgalinski Share" ("Service") provided by sgalinski Internet Services ("Provider"). Deviating conditions of the user are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Description of services

With Sgalinski Share, the provider offers a platform through which users can store confidential information in the form of text messages ("secrets") in encrypted form and share them as a one-time link. After opening the link once or after the defined period of time has expired, the secret is irretrievably deleted from the servers.

3. Obligations of the user

The user undertakes not to use the service for illegal purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to share content via the service that:

• Violates applicable law (e.g. copyright infringements, sedition, insults).
• Contains malware, viruses or other harmful codes.
• Could disrupt or endanger the smooth operation of the service.

4. Availability and Liability

The provider endeavors to ensure that the service is available with as few interruptions as possible. However, no guarantee can be given for constant availability. Downtimes due to maintenance or unforeseen technical faults are possible.

The provider's liability for data loss or damage resulting from the use of the service is limited to intent and gross negligence. Since the service is intended for the secure, short-term transmission of passwords and secrets and these are permanently deleted after expiry or retrieval, the user himself is responsible for keeping original data in a secure place.

5. Changes to the GTC

The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The changed conditions will be announced to the user on the website. By continuing to use the service after the change, the user agrees to the new GTC.

The content and works created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please let us know. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
